Well Permits are required from the NRD before any well that will pump more than 50 gpm is constructed. (entire NRD)

Phase II owner/operators will need to attend a GWMA Certification class.

Fall application of nitrogen fertilizer prohibited before November 1.

Reporting of best management practices on demonstration field to NRD.
