The Lower Big Blue NRD is one of 23 Natural Resources Districts in the state of Nebraska. It is located in southeast Nebraska and is the lower portion of the Big Blue River Basin, which includes parts of Jefferson, Saline, Gage, and Pawnee counties.

            Now through September 30, 2008 - Anhydrous and Liquid Fertilizer Calibration Meter Cost-Share Signup
                          
Lower Big Blue NRD is offering landowners in the district cost sharing for anhydrous and liquid calibration meters Sign
                                 up at the local Natural Resources Conservation Service Office or at the NRD.  Recipients will be selected by a random
                                 drawing in early October.  NRD will cost share 50%, up to a maximum of $1,500.00 on the cost of a NEW machine.
